What is the Buddhist view of Self? What is truth? Is Buddhism a religion?
Gary Hardin (Dharma name: Ryokan Sozan), a Zen Monk and head of Dharma Sangha Boulder (aka the Boulder Zen Center), will share some reflections from his spiritual journey, and teachings from the Japanese Buddhist Lineage of Shunryu Suzuki-Roshi and Zentatsu Baker-Roshi.
About the Presenter:
Gary Hardin (Dharma name: Ryokan Sozan) is a Zen Monk in the lineage of Shunryu Suzuki-Roshi and Zentatsu Baker-Roshi. He has been running the Boulder Zen Center, now Dharma Sangha Boulder, for about 15 years. After 30 years, the Boulder Zen Center finally has a dedicated practice space at the Briar Rose B&B, which has become a successful effort to support a practice community through a green business emphasizing mindful attention to its guests.
