Bruce MacKenzie: Bruce is a native Californian, a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and Pacific School of Religion, Berkeley. Ordained in 1953, he retired in 1997 after 27 years as Minister of The First Congregational Church UCC, Boulder. He and his wife Jeanette have 3 sons and 1 daughter, 5 grandchildren. Bruce is active on the Board of the United Nations Association of Boulder County, the Board of Historic Boulder, League of Women Voters, Torch Club, Great Decisions, and serves as a volunteer chaplain at Boulder Community Hospital. One year he was honored as a Pace Setter by the Daily Camera for Community Service. In 2006 he was honored as Volunteer of the Year by Boulder Community Hospital for 35 years as a volunteer chaplain. |
