This dynamic presentation will include teenagers from the community sharing their personal challenges/struggles and offering suggestions as to how adults from the community can better understand and help today's youth. Dr. Jan Hittelman will facilitate a panel discussion led by teens from the community.
About the Presenter:

Jan Hittelman is a licensed psychologist with over twenty years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents and families in a variety of settings. In addition to clinical practices in New York and California, Dr. Hittelman has specialized in program development in partnership with school systems, psychiatric hospitals, correctional facilities and the courts, outpatient settings, residential treatment facilities and private non-profit organizations. Dr. Hittelman developed and is currently the Clinical Director of Compass House Outreach program in Boulder, a non-profit therapeutic cooperative serving adolescents and their families. |
